Crawlspace encapsulation solves common issues Below are six common issues that it helps address:
Is there a lingering musty smell in your home? This is often caused by moisture in your crawlspace. Over time, it can make your entire house smell unpleasant and uninviting.
Are your energy bills higher than expected? An unsealed crawlspace lets air escape, making your HVAC system work harder. Your home becomes harder to heat and cool, increasing your energy costs.
Is the cold floor a problem in the winter months? A poorly insulated crawlspace lets cold air seep into your home, making it uncomfortable and harder to stay warm.
Is mold taking over your crawlspace? High moisture levels create the perfect environment for mold and mildew, which can harm your health and damage your home.
Are pests like rodents or insects making themselves at home? Crawlspaces are an easy entry point for critters if they aren’t properly sealed and protected.
Is your home showing signs of structural damage? Moisture in your crawlspace can weaken the wood and supports, leading to costly repairs.
Crawlspace encapsulation is the first step to fixing these issues. It helps protect your home from further damage and gives you peace of mind. Don’t let your crawlspace cause bigger issues—identify the problem and take action today!

Brooks Souders2024-02-21 Matt did an unbelievable job. From the start he pointed out things during the estimate that should be done to make it a successful job. The other two companies that I got estimates from didn’t catch or see it. He went above and beyond making sure the attic items were protected and covered. He did clean up and our attic looks better than it did before the project. They were right in line with the price of the other two estimates. I feel like I got tremendous value for the price and quality of work They are great to work with and I highly recommend. Michael Perryman2024-02-16 Bryars Spray Foam recently completed a job for us and all I can say is amazing. Amazing product and more importantly amazing customer service! Rod Patton2024-01-29 Did an excellent job and cleaned up afterward .This was the first spray foam job we’ve had done and I had a lot of questions and Matt had a lot of answers. Thanks Matt ! Patrick Crabtree2024-01-22 Matt and his team did a great job! They were competitively priced, and did all the initial prep work required: covereing all walls, windows, doors, etc. They then sprayed 2" of Cosed Cell Foam across my newly opened vaulted ceiling, and made a great seal! (Note: this also reinforced by entire wood ceiling and roof structure as it bonds everything together). When my HVAC guy came out to restart my HVAC System, he was "blown away" by the encapsulation the spray foam provided, and we were able to heat and cool my 1500 s/f space almost immediately! Literally, this woud have taken 45 minutes to an hour before, and would have cost me more $'s with my monthly power bill! I am so happy with my new Closed Cell Ceiling! Thank you Matt and the great team from Bryars Spray Foam! Patrick Ned Maybee2024-01-17 Timely, professional, good price, and cleaned up when finished. Highly recommend! Coty Smith2023-12-14 Purchased a home that had old fiberglass insulation in the attic and decided to go with a more modern solution. Saw Bryar's ad on Facebook and contacted them for a quote. They responded back in a timely manner, got the quote prepared when he said he would, and showed up on time and completed the work within the timeframe given. He and his team were very professional, and didn't leave a mess in my home when they were done. Matt even helped me out with another project for my home which he wasn't even hired for! Highly recommended if you're looking to get spray foam in his service area. Tim O'Neil2023-12-07 Renovating an older home in Green County and needed insulation in the attic space to make the upper space more conditioned and comfortable. MATT IS AWESOME !!! He came the next day after we called and looked at the job. He made a couple of really good suggestions and we scheduled for him to do the job. He explained everything so thoroughly and charged a fair price for the job. The work was excellent and Matt and his team are very professional. I would recommend him for any insulation job you have !!! Chris Jennings2023-12-03 Great company to do business with. Matt was great with scheduling and following up. Charles and his crew did a great job and left the place like they were never here. Could not recommend enough. Wes Grammer2023-06-07 I had Matt come out and install some Open Cell for me. He done an excellent job, was fair priced and kept everything clean. Absolutely would use him again.Verified by TrustindexTrustindex verified badge is the Universal Symbol of Trust.
